The home I purchased was in Renton and from the photos, I had lower expectations of the home but after I saw the house in person there was an immediate connection and I could picture myself living there. I told Tommy that I HAD TO HAVE THIS HOME so we decided to put in an offer. Right before we submitted our offer the listing agent told us the house JUST SOLD! Tommy and I were pretty disappointed but Tommy made a connection with the listing agent who told him the neighboring house in the community with had the exact same layout but with nicer finishes had an offer but their was a contingency.
